Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight. 
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier operations, public holidays, or stock levels.
Aqua Mobile Marine is not responsible for lost or damaged goods once they have been handed to the courier. Customers should contact the courier directly for delivery issues.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

6We comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Aqua Will not issue a refund or replacement due to user error
Change-of-mind returns are accepted only if approved and the product is:

• unused,
• in original packaging, and
• returned within 14 days of purchase.
  Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  Special orders, electrical items, software, and electronics may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
  Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer terms and may require assessment or proof of installation by a qualified technician.

Warranties

All products include manufacturer warranties where applicable.
Aqua Mobile Marine does not provide additional warranties beyond those required under ACL.
Incorrect installation or misuse may void warranties.
